I go to San Antonio 4-5 times a year but I do not think I will stay at this La Quinta.

Disliked: In the first room I had, the TV was broken (#417). They moved me to #315 and the bathroom was not clean and the sheets had a hole in them. And I am not sure the guy put the points on my rewards.

Disliked: I spent $28.00 on 2 loads of laundry due to the broken dryers not drying my clothes.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Liked: Parking was convenient. Late checkin was seamless. Facility was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh.

Very sad. Felt dirty after...

Disliked: Found roaches in room. Told night manager and he addressed nothing. Said that they were water bugs not roaches. I took a picture of one we killed. He said he would not argue about it. He just ignored me after that.

Liked: Is a small hotel which is good not to crowded in open areas of the hotel like the pool and breakfast tables.
Disliked: We had book a king room with Spa bath once we got here they told us all the rooms with a spa were taken even though we had reserved us with time ahead. They ended up giving us a regular king room. We decided to go to the jacuzzi sense we didn’t get the spa. The heater from the jacuzzi wasn’t on when we ask if it could be turn on they ignored us and said they didn’t know how to do it. The place was great the staff not really.

Liked: Location was nice, fairly easy to get to. Despite being given and already occupied room, it was corrected fairly quick.
Disliked: The shower. I'm not sure if it was due to others in the building using at the same time. Water temperature ranged between lava for 30 seconds and then ice cold for about a minute while slowing to a trickle. I was not able to wash properly. Frustrated, I tried again later in the day. It was better, but water pressure was still inconsistent. Slamming doors and children yelling late at night in the hallway didn't make for a good night rest.
