Liked: Honestly the sheets were dirty, the safe box I wasn’t able to access even though I followed the instructions on how to open it, the restroom door wouldn’t lock, the handheld shower head really wasn’t that good and the stationed shower head didn’t have any pressure so almost no water was coming out .. believe me if I had time to book another hotel I would’ve .. if your not taking any hygiene & plan on buying it just book a better hotel that’ll include all of that & you’ll be paying the same as what you would if you had to buy it yourself .

Liked: Staff, was very helpful. Front desk very helpful, very knowledgeable. Restaurant area very clean, staff very attentive. Appreciated the little snack area. Spent a lot of time at hospital but staff helped my family tremendously. I don't recall any other hotels ever being so helpful, Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Our trip was an emergency trip and unfortunately we will be returning in a few weeks again for medical reasons and we plan to stay at L Q.
