Disliked: This place has obviously had more deferred maintenance than TX roads. It was mostly clean; one pool inoperative and most of the property has last seen an upgrade back in the 80's.

Disliked: I choose this motel because was close to seaworld,but I never thought was going to be so disappointed about it,this place looks so dirty,so careless,looks like the only important is the money that is received, nobody care about the looks of the place,broken chairs and broken mattress close to the stairs,walls full of dust,stairs dirty,the pool area,broken umbrella too old tables,fence broken,peeled paint on the doors,the ice makers machines broken, and the parking lot bad shape,a lot homeless people around,so bad experience, inside the rooms is ok but the image of the place has a lot of negative ponits

Disliked: They had bed bugs . Couldn't change my room .didn't refund me as they had said they would, the others room they wanted to switch me to had a foul smell. The worst is I had recomended someone else to stay there

Disliked: I got charged double one was charged on the hotel and second on transaction and I still haven’t gotten my money back this is the first time that has happed and I’ve been useing the app

Liked: Didn’t have to leave the refundable deposit and was close to many restaurants
Disliked: A lot of suspicious people around the hotel, and coming out from the drainage system next to the hotel. Hotel is dirty and not taken care of has holes on walls, dirt/dust everywhere, smoke detector on desk not in it’s spot in the wall, restroom and shower is tiny you barely fit, and no regular size towel all small like for hands. Also went to go ask for an extra blanket since my son likes his own and the man at the front asks for my room number and says he can’t give me extra blanket cause it’s hot. Have never heard of this excuse other hotels I’ve stayed in have always gave extra blanket and pillows. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone pictures are fake or they take pictures of a nice room but you get another one all broken down. We thought it was a good deal and since it was a known hotel name La Quinta But never again.
