Disliked: This place has obviously had more deferred maintenance than TX roads. It was mostly clean; one pool inoperative and most of the property has last seen an upgrade back in the 80's.

Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: The motel itself was rundown. We were locked out of our room 4 times in the cold waiting for someone to let us in. Our Tv didn’t work nor the phone or internet.

Liked: Very nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Bed was low to the ground and was hard to get up from. I think if it was a little higher it would have been perfect.

For the cost it was...
Liked: The front office staff. The bed was good. Hot water in the shower. That made me very happy.
Disliked: Dogs barking next door. Questionable people walking around the property. One person was conducting sword exercises with a long stick in parking lot. Very weird. No blankets in the room. Only one chair to sit on. Walls and mirrors were extremely dirty. Men’s facial hair on the wall and mirror you couldn’t see yourself in. Bathroom lighting was poor. We didn’t feel safe. Poor entertainment options. We couldn’t connect our Netflix account to the TV. Multiple and significant trip hazards on the sidewalks to rooms. The dirtiest trashcan I’ve ever seen in an eating area. Wow! That was so bad. Seriously very dirty trash can. Super gross.
