Disliked: This place needs an overhaul. Carpet was dirty and awful. Bathroom was dated. No bars to hand towels. Tiny tv

HAD TO CALL AND TRY...

Liked: The room was clean but because boO Roking.com sent a resubmit noticOOMS BECAUSE OF BOOKING.COMe to us AFTER making the reservation we had to resubmit ANITHER RESERVATION. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY HAD BILLED US FOR TWO ROOMS! THEY WERE NOT ALLIWED TO CANCEL THE 2ND ROOM, VERY FRUSTRATING!
Disliked: STOP SENDING MESSAGES ABOUT A ROOM NOT BEING AVAILABLE WHEN IT IS AND OVER BILLING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE TRAVELING AND ALREADY TIRED! ADDED STRESS IS NOT APPROPRIATE.

Felt unsafe with homeless people...

Liked: RATING of ZERO! The rear entrance was filthy, disgusting! Carpet is so dirty and torn it should be in the trash!! Homeless people sneak in, raid the breakfast buffet right in front of the staff!! The hallway carpets are also filthy, stained, torn, and paint all work out, broken off, chipped everywhere inside and outside the room and facility! The parking lot and surrounding lawns were littered with trash!! Plants are dead, although weeds thriving in their pots in the front of the entrance. HORRIBLE.

Pleasant

Liked: Just passing through on our way to visit friends in Missoula Montana. The hotel was easy to find. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Property was dated and not well maintained compared to other La Quintas we have stayed in.

We're coming back to stay...

Liked: Melody!! (at the front desk) ... She is always so warm & welcoming, & attentive to our requests. This was the 3rd weekend we've stayed over the past 2 months and our stays just get better. Every staff member we've encountered, whether in the dining room or in passing have been very warm & approachable.
Disliked: The price increase from $82.00 to $102.00.The pool water's chemical makeup is not consistent.
