Liked: The gen manager is a really cool dude.

Liked: I left with a full refund. First they had to do something to connect to the wifi. Then the hot tub had a do not use sign and was green water. Then the tv shut down in my room due to something with the service provider. I asked to move to a room with a working tv (only some rooms were affected). They said they didn't know which rooms were out. I then requested a full refund since I was only there about 1 hour and they agreed to do that. I Then left.

Disliked: my computer didn't like your WiFi, it was a security thing I believe
