Liked: The renovated room was comfortable.
Disliked: The public areas were a mess. The facility was under construction which was part of the problem but the areas could have been straitened up - very messy.

Disliked: Worst hotel experience ever. We asked for a king bed room. They give us a king bed room that was not available / occupied. After that they give us a twin bed room that was unsafe / unable to lock properly. There were two deep holes in the parking spot / damage the car. A/C unable to turn off/ heavy noise all night. It takes more time to write down all the other complaints concerning this hotel!

bad and waste of money

Liked: my room was comfortable, thankfully did not smell of smoke like the rest of the hotel. hotel location was great for running the local marathon
Disliked: staff was unhelpful and rude about early check in- i arrived at 2:50 and understand check in is at 3 but they were rude about it as i was only asking if it was possible a room was ready at the time i arrived...i was told late check out was $50 but then the staff asked what she quoted me at and then i saw paperwork of other late check outs that were only $25...seemingly like she up charged me...the common areas all smelled so badly of smoke, common areas were dirty- the elevator feels unsafe and is all marked up, the doors do not allow for deadbolt to lock and don't even close properly- i didn't feel safe and had to prop the ironing board against the door. coffee machine is so old coffee tasted of burnt plastic, coffee was expired and tasted stale. no do not disturb signs i had to write a note. sticky notes on doors indicating numbers. i was not made aware of the construction happening which was unsightly and closed the fitness center. definitely not worth what i paid and will not ever book with this hotel again.

Worked for what we needed,...

Liked: Under construction so entry to building was limited. Food left in fridge in room from previous guests. Rooms are decent definitely redone in past years. Bathroom was clean. Hallways & elevators smelled of smoke.
