The room was clean, comfortable and quiet - loved it. The breakfast was good and staff was pleasant. I have one complaint and that is that the 2 caffeinated coffee urns were empty more often than not. I only saw one very sweet staff person trying to keep up with everything for breakfast. She did an excellent job except for the coffee running out often. I was at breakfast about 8 - 9 am.

Disliked: Only low points would be that the two caffeinated coffee urns kept running out of coffee. They need to be constantly brewing and refilling them to keep enough coffee on hand for everyone.

Disliked: I will never stay at this hotel again we got the room with the hot tub in it and the water was a cloudy yellow color in it and also in the bathroom everything had the cloudy yellow color, the nite person on duty came and looked at it and said it was a city wide thing and wait until morning to see if it changes and it didn't we couldn't even take a shower, I would prefer to get my money back
