Very good

Disliked: The refrigerator was very noisy in my room 424. The food in the breakfast area was just ok. Eggs were mushy and bacon was barely cooked.

worst stay I have ever...

Liked: comfortable bed. good location. pet friendly.free breakfast. free cookies, and apples.
Disliked: not enough towels, pillows to thin. tv didn't have cable only local channels. coffee maker in Rio. had a roach. staff didn't speak English. manager was rude. I was overcharged multiple times and I had to harass staff and manager to have it corrected. I still dont know if my card has hold on it. and multiple cards had holds and multiple cards full billed- when room was prepaid. just a horrible experience overall. I dont want to use booking.com again as I feel scamned and got horti le service. I still have no list of charges for my stay! yuck.. very bad.
