Liked: I loved everything, the view was perfect, walking distance to Allstate arena, staff was welcoming, courteous and informing. Quiet, clean and nice space.
Disliked: Room was still not available by the time I arrived even though it was 1 hr past my 3 pm check in time.

Liked: I’m always get this property for the convenience of the walking distance to Allstate Arena, but this time was totally disaster…check in is at 3 pm, but because I have to work Thursday we got to the hotel around 6:00 pm cause traffic and we have to drive 3 hrs to get there, so when we arrive at the hotel the receptionist told us they don’t have any clean rooms, we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get a room, that put us really behind for the concert since we still in our work uniforms and we had to get ready… the room when we finally got it didn’t have all the amenities that we always get… very disappointed

Liked: The area is nice and right next to the AllState Arena. Has many food options close to it as well. The facility is very clean and kept up to date.
