Liked: We got in late after driving for hours. The person at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice and clean. In the morning the staff was also super friendly and the breakfast was good.

Location good! Disliked dogs in...

Liked: Convenient location by us being in town for a basketball tournament, especially if you like to shop, about 7 min to TJ Maxx and Ross, and about 25 min from Southpark Mall in Charlotte,NC. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that they allow guest to bring their pets (dogs), in the dining area with them as they are getting breakfast at the buffet. The water when taking a shower went from hot to cold to hot then cold again in a matter of seconds after getting in the shower. Room phone didn't work receptionist said she couldn't do anything about the phone. Had to keep switching the TVs input if we turned it off then back on in order for to watch it, again receptionist or maintenance couldn't do much about that, but bring an extra TV remote that would allow us to select which input we switched the HDMI cord to.Also, the dogs again in the dining area as people are getting there breakfast!!!
