Overall my stay was less...

Liked: The location was convenient to food options and main road into town. Caring for my pet and walking her was easy. Parking lot was well lit.
Disliked: The room had damage to the floors and furniture. I noted it with the front desk staff. More than once, I had to stand at the front desk and wait for the employee to come in from smoking outside. Because I had dogs in the room, I had to track down my own fresh towels and take out my own trash. The elevator walls and floors were filthy. . The coffee was empty all three mornings I came down to breakfast.

Liked: The staff was great, it was clean and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The blinds in the room did not close

Liked: Fumigate cockroach. We found cockroach in the room, that’s was disgusting. Front desk changed my room ant it’s was fine.
Disliked: Cleaning room and social Areas

Liked: The room was very clean
Disliked: Outside was filthy with discarded trash cigarettes and food by the entrance. There was a homeless person in the back charging his phone. Not a good place to walk the dog even though they say pet friendly and charge an extra fee. The person at the front desk was rude and dismissive. At the checkout in the morning there was no staff and we waited 10-15 minutes for someone.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrid. Sausages were freezer burnt. Muffins were stale. Shampoo and lotion dispensers were empty

Liked: One front desk person was friendly, the rest had a poor attitude. Not place I would recommend.
Disliked: Pretty much everything. Building very nice but cleanliness of the room, lobby, grounds could use more work. (However, This seemed to reflect the attitude of Rock Hill itself.) With that said, there were police there to evict folks and the next night a fight breaks out----- I do think Corporate needs to review how the place is run. and the location.
