Disliked: No care or pride taken to make it nice. Had recently been remodeled but was already pretty bad shape. Had to move rooms more then once.

Liked: Toaster broken. Coffee out when I got there.
Disliked: Allowed vicious dog in the hotel. Garbage left in hallway overnight. Understaffed. Young girl forced to run kitchen and dining area by herself while also manning front desk. This is not fair to employee or guests.

Disliked: So dirty!!!! There was gum stuck to the carpet in my room (fresh) and the mini fridge had a red liquid split in it that was not cleaned up.

Liked: Nothing my stay was horrible and I tried to get a refund and I was able to get one and that was a terrible experience!!
Disliked: Everything my first room was hard to get in the door I had to hit the door with my shoulder and turn the door knob up instead of down to get in the room and the room was dirty from the bathroom to the bed! Went to get another room and my second room didn’t have any heat so my entire stay there was extremely cold in my room and for me not being able to receive a refund was absolutely ridiculous!

Liked: Location and view from room. Room was spacious and accommodated my husband's wheelchair easily
Disliked: The fold out bed was very dirty and stained on the mattress and cushions. There was a large splatter of what I assumed was ketchup on the wall and very weak water pressure in bathroom sink. Was very disappointed the pool was empty as this is one reason we booked them. Also very disappointed to learn they are thinking of taking it out.

Disliked: Would not let me check in 20 minutes early with two kids that had to use the bathroom really bad the hotel smelled horrible the rooms the beds smelled horrible The shower was Luke warm at best! Dog stations were falling apart with no bags and either of the sections just a whole hotel had food everywhere. It was just disgusting smelly stinky nasty and not kept up with the hotel for the swimming pool, but got there in a swimming pool is not open at all
