Disliked: Better TV.

Not a very good hotel.

Liked: It was dirty, stains on the carpet and furniture stains on the curtains. Smelled strongly of chlorine where it bothered my asthma.
Disliked: Its remodel is terrible and nothing was working such as the door lock to our room. There was no ice machine as it was broken.

La Quinta: Filthy Room, Appalling...

Disliked: This LA Quinta provided an utterly appalling accommodation experience. The room was a haven for insects, with live flies buzzing around and dead ones littering the floor and window sills. Adding to the disgust, the AC unit was also adorned with dead bugs, and the shower and ceiling were marred by visible mold. The room's security was questionable, as the door showed signs of forced entry and didn't close properly.To compound the misery, the breakfast was subpar. The sausage had an unsettling taste, the eggs were undercooked, and the staff manning the dining area displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards guests.This LA Quinta fell far short of acceptable standards for lodging, especially for a family. Had any alternative been available, I would have checked out immediately. This stay has completely dissuaded me from ever considering another LA Quinta.

Liked: my wife became ill on Friday before we arrived. We canceled Saturday missed our event to return home. The hotel charged us for only one night. They told me to contact you for a refund.
Disliked: carpets, soap, insects' cricket, and stink bug

Disliked: 1st upon my arrival I was told that they over booked so my 3 rooms with 2 king beds were no longer so they put me in 3 queen beds with pull outs .. i booked what I wanted so not sure how that helped me 2nd there were no drink machines in the entire motel????

Liked: The staff was so nice and we were going to Kings Dominion so the location was great
Disliked: The hotel must be going thru renovations but honestly for as much as I paid for a room I expected a nicer room, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the tub looked very dirty, the sheets had dog/cat hair or something I really am not sure if the sheets were changed honestly
