Liked: The hotel was nice and clean at first glance.The location to VCU is perfect.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the room; it smelled like mildew. After getting a shower and reaching for a clean towel, I opened the towel up to find it was a dirty towel folded as a clean one.

Liked: I did like it for the location being next to the mall but I feel this place has paranormal activity going on at the property
Disliked: I was experiencing paranormal activity in my room . I had asked to switch rooms I wasn’t really trying to let them know what I was experiencing because I didn’t want them thinking I was crazy . But they moved me 2 doors down from my previous room . And I experienced the same feeling . A strong presence around me . I did a little research and it’s shown that this area does have a ghost history. So it helped me better understand. But it also made it hard for me to keep staying here . So now I halft to relocate all the way out this area and I’m not sure if I’ll be back due to the disturbance feeling it was giving me . I stayed up all night because the paranormal activity wouldn’t let me sleep . It was very strong . I’ve never experienced something this intense.
