Liked: It had the basics of every hotel, a coffee machine in the room, hygiene products, the T.V. worked fine and all. The breakfast was alright as well. There isn't much more I could really say though.
Disliked: First off, the elevators were impossible to find. We were told to park behind the building so that we could get to our room easier, so we did that, but the elevators in the back were broken! So it would've been easier for us to park towards the front where the elevators did work, not to mention the front desk staff did not let us know about a broken elevator. The elevators were off-putting as well, they worked fine, but they were constantly squeaking and the doors on them just appeared to be a painted piece of wood? Once we got to our room, that's where it really started. The carpet was absolutely filthy. I'm talking ominous stains, a spill stain between the two beds that both my daughter and I were disgusted to even look at, and just stains all across the carpet. We walked with our shoes on the entire time, socks on too. The bathroom was a different story. The towels hanging also had ominous stains on them, and we weren't provided with hardly any hygiene products. The bathtub was dirty as well, and so was the shower curtain. At this point, we were afraid to even get under the covers not knowing how clean the beds even were, so we slept on top of them with our own blankets. Also along the hallway where our room was, certain guests just had their trash bags sitting outside their room. The whole experience was off-putting and we would definitely NOT stay the night here again. For the money we spent booking this hotel we could have spent booking a much nicer and cleaner AirBNB or different hotel.

Disliked: Pretty much everything… run down, security latch on room door broken, NO HOT WATER, breakfast layout was weird and quality iffy, shampoo & conditioner different brands, no lotion…generally icky feeling.

Liked: Comfortable bed and nice heater.
Disliked: 3rd floor constantly smelled like pot in the hall way. Second day of my stay there was absolutely NO hot water. The breakfast was less than appetizing.
