Overall for it's price and rating, it was what we were expecting. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Those are key points.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave!
Disliked: Traffic noise was really bad as well as the HVAC unit continually woke us up but needed it for comfort.

Pleasant check in staff.

Disliked: No hot water, notified staff and they said someone was working on it, but no effort on the customer service side. Check in took nearly 20 minutes despite doing the pre-check in process link… that wasted my time as they asked for all the info again and still needed the credit card and ID

Disliked: When you get to the lobby, the lobby is beautiful. The hotel seems like it’s a nice hotel. Once you start going to the floors you realize that it’s pretty crappy most of the doors seem like they were opened with some sort of bar and left a hole near the lock or marking. Doesn’t feel safe. Hallways smell like weed and smoke even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. My room smelled moldy and rancid. This place feels like it a motel instead of an actual nice hotel. if I would’ve known that, I would’ve booked a cheaper motel with expectations of a cheap motel versus. I booked this for safety and because I wanted to sleep in a nice place. It was a really bad sleeping experience.

Liked: Very good staff. Very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and organized.
Disliked: Areas are supposed to be no smoking, but a lot of smoking is happening. Many times I could smell smoke in elevators and in the corridors.
