Liked: Breakfast was simple, bread for toast, bagels, yogurt, apples, instant grits and oatmeal. Weak coffee watered down, no variety of creamer or sugar, waffle maker with no syrup. Had to ask for some. Room was clean but the plugs and lights did not work on all walls. Bathroom very outdated, water dropped a lot, only 1 small bar of dove soap for two of us. When we went to ask for more, hospitality took a while to find some. There was homeless people living at the entrance and on the railroad tracks. I won't recommend this location for anyone. Also my refund will take 2 weeks to be returned when it took 24 hours for them to take my payment. I fell it should be returned in the same amount of time. This is not acceptable.
