Great Stay!

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and space of the room, and the staff was nice. But the elevator was a concern because it had not been inspected since 2021 and was very jumpy. The back door did not open properly and when checking in we was told they do not accept Chime and we had to send the money to my sister to pay for the room and they charged us $75 deposit instead of $50, would been nice to know that stuff before coming to the property. But overall it was enjoyable to stay there. Would come again!

Things you must know before...

Liked: I liked our room. It was clean, nice, big, and fully stocked with everything listed on my 3rd party booking site. Breakfast is casually late but hot and ready when the staff decide to put it out. You must be patient . I did not like the fact that the hotel does not list their strict policies for check in on the 3rd party websites. There were some important details we needed to know before arrival to make check in take less than an hour and to cut down on staff frustration. The card I used to book the room online is not a credit card that the hotel accepts for payment. Maybe they could be more open to various forms of payments. Lastly there is a bell to ring for service but it is behind the counter up on a shelf. Staff made me feel like they don't want guests to come and if they come leave them alone. They were not very hospitable. I do not plan to return here again unless it's by mistake.

We needed somewhere to stay...

Liked: Nothing really -except the location
Disliked: Dirty -old carpet that was smelly and coming up from the floor. Doors that didn't work with keys- so they were just left propped open with a rock. TV didn't work/ half the lamps in the room didn't work- refrigerator wouldn't get cold AND staff was rude as crap!
