Hotel needs a thorough cleaning.

Liked: Room size.
Disliked: No maid service, microwave, and refrigerator are very old. TV service poor.

Carpets are disgusting.

Disliked: There is no maid service for all 5 days. Have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Carpets throughout the hotel are disgusting. Very limited TV channels.

Disliked: The hotel is run down. Carpets in hallways and stairwells are disgusting. The elevator is dirty. Microwaves and refrigerators are old and beat up.

Liked: The breakfast was good and tasty although I wish it had been open until 10:00 every morning.
Disliked: The toilets are almost on the ground and they really need to be changed or there need to be seat risers installed. For people with mobility issues, these low low toilets are a problem
