Liked: The price/performance value is very good. Each day a good Mexican breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Family rooms with extra space, extra TV and sofa. Big shopping mall close to the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was good.

Liked: The location only and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: This hotel was not worth the stay at all, as it was very uncomfortable, the pool was always reeking of a strong chemical odor and you could smell it even as soon as you got off the elevator to the reception, even though the pool was a floor underneath. We booked this hotel in great part because of the pool and the gym, but the gym was not abailable throughout the stay, and even though the manager told us we could go and use the gym from the Wyndham property, it wasn't that close walking so it wasn't convenient to us. The breakfast was awful, it was always the same every day and what bothered me the most was that if you wanted something else, like an omelette for example, you would have to pay extra. The bed was pretty hard and the bathroom was tiny as well as the shower was very small. They didn't have anything in the room when we first arrived, so if we wanted a blowdryer, a coffee maker, etc, you had to call for them to take it to you. Honestly I could have paid a bit more money to stay at a different and better hotel in the area, so I wouldn't recommend staying at La Quinta. It's a shame because I used to study college in Puebla and I was living there when they were building the hotel, and it was looking great and always wanted to some day stay here, well, this was the first and last time.
