Disappointing

Disliked: main elevator wasn't in serviceno internet due to nearby construction which isn't their fault but thru could have contacted us to give us option to cancel or stay

Convenient place to stay, would...

Liked: Great location. Beds very comfortable, and a lovely area across the road to walk my dog. Restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Elevators were not working so we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Wifi also not working so that was inconvenient as well. I do think there should have been some fee adjustments for the lack of facilities. Pillows were really hard as well.

Disliked: The toilet had urine stains on it breakfast was late I waited at the desk for 15 minutes to check out nobody came when I called and expressed my concerns the desk agent said “whatever” and hung up

Liked: Room was spacious, nicely appointed and very clean. Staff that I met, front desk manager, breakfast manager and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Absolutely no complaints.

Great Night stay

Liked: Our room was nice and large. The breakfast room was set up nicely, with four waffle stations and hot food and fresh fruit. I also liked the coffee station in the lobby. It was a nice touch. There were results within walking distance.
Disliked: The elevator on the one end was out of order. I'm sure it's temporary.
