Liked: Last time we stayed there were waffles, only thing offered this time for hot foods was eggs and bacon
Disliked: Pancakes or waffles

Disliked: Left a day sooner because the hotel was the worst i have ever stayed at no towels asked several times for them and they said there were none clean so my family couldn’t even shower . Worst experience ever . No toilet paper in the bathroom pool was dirty

Liked: I liked the conjoined rooms and the pool . Breakfast was good also.
Disliked: The hotel wasn't secure due to a unlocked door in the rear of the building probably due to construction .

Not impressed

Liked: The rooms where not clean pot pockets in the fridge from prior stay,hot tub and pool both where the same temperature (chilly) hair on sheets, staff was nice ,breakfast was ok but bacon was burnt and not edible, room didn't have a table and floors seemed dirty/not moped

Liked: We expected less than perfect conditions with the renovations, but the pool was literally the ONLY enjoyment we had.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I waited at the desk for 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. I get to my room and our bathroom is absolutely disgusting, hair all over the floor and bathtub, toothpaste still in the sink. I immediately went to the front desk and discretely asked for another room as there were other guests in the lobby, the lady at the desk seemed angry, im not sure at me or the cleaner but it was very offsetting. (my first interaction with the front desk after checking in) after we get up to our new room, that one is dirty too but not quite as bad as the first. I didn't even want to go down there and tell her so we sucked it up. It was a long day and we needed to relax. My daughter was so excited for the pool we walked right out of our room without keys, meaning I had to face the front desk again. She told me next time she "entices me to use the window" of our second story room.... we expected noise, we expected work being done. We did not expect rude staff and disgusting room conditions. I've always stayed at these hotels wherever I go, this is just a terrible location.
