Disliked: I was welcomed by a wet carpet smell from the entrance which put me off. There was an insect in the bathroom.The place is not clean for a hotel

Exceptional

It was comfortable, clean, affordable...

Liked: Great breakfast, variety of hot foods, cold food. Staff was always at front desk. I just didn't like having several people knock on my door at 11:15am, to tell me that check out is at 11am. I understand the 11am, but geez that gave me unnecessary anxiety as I waited for my ride. I paid for room and had no issues.
Disliked: The snacks could be more affordable, $3 for an 8oz soda is too much.

Liked: The staff were excellent. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The location is very good. There is a lot of parking ..
Disliked: Our mattress was too soft. The room should be sprayed for bugs (we did mention the problem and the staff offered to have the room sprayed immediately).

Terrible

Liked: I didn’t stay for breakfast. I checked out at 11 pm on the 10th
Disliked: My room had ROCHES, I checked out went to another hotel. That hotel needs to be fumigated. NOT HAPPY, the got in my suitcase, carry bag and shoes. Not to mention IN MY BED as well.
