Disliked: Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to several places to eat and had shuttle service to airports.

It was awful. Don't recommend.

Liked: The front desk lady wasn't necessarily nice but she wasn't rude either.
Disliked: Room was cold and the heater in the room, didn't work. The bathroom was tiny. Found two different sized spiders. The "full" bed was like an extended twin. Room was too small.

Disliked: We strongly recommend the instalation of safety barrels in the shower area. The lack of them represents a safety hazard for anyone which is the least a respected company as Windham needs. Pls take our suggestion very seriously.

Liked: The person who was working the front desk (didn't catch her name) was extremely nice; immediately asked us about the need for a shuttle to the airport the following morning and added us to the list; there are a couple of restaurants within the same block; there's always fresh drinking water in the lobby; breakfast starts at 4am, so one can have a quick bite for a 6:30 am flight.
Disliked: It was not clear to us whether we had to explicitly request the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or if it is regularly scheduled; breakfast plates/cutlery was all disposable.
