Liked: I have no positives about booking.com or this accommodation.
Disliked: When I arrived after a full day of travel post vacation I was rudely denied my room that I had booked weeks in advance. I was told that because I booked through booking.com I actually did not have a guaranteed room reserved therefore my room was given away to someone else despite already paying and confirming my reservation. I was forced to drive hours home at 3am rather than staying in a hotel overnight as planned. I fought with booking.com for days to get my money back. If I could give a negative score I would. I highly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

Liked: It was spotless and quiet.
Disliked: The light inside the room door didn't work, so it felt scary to walk into a dark room

Liked: the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. the staff were pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: there was no easy access to a bed side electrical outlet.I wished for more competitive parking rates. I stayed for two nights which should have had some compensation for parking there for a long weekend.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and we'll stay again if we return to the area.
Disliked: You definitely need more parking, we had trouble finding a parking spot every time we returned to the hotel.

Upset with no shuttle otherwise...

Liked: Left too early for breakfast
Disliked: Had reserved airports hustle when checking in, but shuttle left without us and had to pay for Uber to get to the airport. Their 24 hr shuttle had been reason for the booking
