Liked: The room was very large for a hotel room, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a large (mobility access) walk in shower. The breakfast was better than I have seen in a long time. The food was hot when it should have been and cold when it should have been. The selection of foods was plentiful and the kitchen person was designated only for the kitchen and helping out the folks eating breakfast and she was sweet and helpful as we're all of those staff we encountered at the front desk. They also had a little "store" by front desk with drinks and snacks, however they were quite pricey.
Disliked: My room was the farthest away from the front desk than any other so it took a very long time to get hot water. I actually gave up once but after speaking to the front desk and learned the hot water tanks are behind the front desk area, I went back and tried a second time and got hot water and was able to take a shower. The information about the property says they have a heated pool and a spa-Nope! The pool heater was broken and apparently the heater in the pool room was also because the water was as cold as the air at about 60 degrees or so. The spa is broken and front desk doesn't even know if it will ever be fixed because of getting a part that's needed to fix it.These things were definitely irritating but are not necessarily a reason that I wouldn't stay there again. As a matter of fact I will be trying to book a room here shortly for this weekend as it's in town where the grandkids are and is only abut 5 blocks from their house.

One of the best places...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Great location, close to the mall, highway, and Casey's. Also appreciate having a fridge and microwave in the room. Love the soap.
