Convenient but needs updating

Liked: Nice breakfast, very convenient location
Disliked: Entire building needs updating, rooms appeared to not look all that clean

No Working Hot Tub and...

Liked: Breakfast was great and the staff member that ran it was friendly, polite and helpful. Location was good as my event was across the street. Free parking was nice. Internet was adequate. Wokout area was good.
Disliked: Hot tub not working and supposedly hasn't worked for 6 months or more. We tried to get in the back door with our room key shortly after arrival and could not. There were no signs on the door indicating it wasn't working. We came around to the front desk and the staff member said it's not working and there should be a sign on the door. On a Monday in the middle of our day, the water was turned off for 5-6 hours. We were not notified in advance, however after going out in the morning, when we came back there were signs everywhere. They would have known about the boiler being replaced on the previous Friday and should have put signs up then so guests could plan. With one or two exceptions, the staff were rude and very unhelpful. For the price we paid for the room and the fact that this is a Wyndham branded hotel, I expect better.My partner accidentally left some things in the room. We contacted them about having them sent to us. They said they had a box to put the items in but we needed to send them a label. They weren't able to tell us the weight and the dimensions of the box, so we had no idea how much postage to send. After several back and forth emails and phone calls, I sent them a priority mail box (had to send 10) and then a priority mail shipping label. The items were finally shipped out this week, but what a unnecessary hassle.For the most part, this is a poorly managed hotel with staff who seem to think the guests are an inconvenience.

Liked: Location was excellent it was in between my two friends that I went to visit people were extremely nice GRAPHICS was delicious
Disliked: The couch in my room did have a little rip in it I was hoping I don't get charged for that other than that it was OK carpet needed to be clean maybe some spills look like had been prior

Liked: Close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway etc..
Disliked: Rooms were dated and in need of some upgrades and light maintenance.

Disliked: TV in bad location. Not enough water pressure in Shower. No drinkable water available in lobby during the day. Mediocre breakfast.
