Disliked: We only got a tiny bar of soap to use as a hand soap and bathing soap! Same with shampoo, one little bottle for 2 people for two nights! Not enough, very disappointing

Liked: Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean hotel and room. The bedding was so comfortable! Thick, absorbent bath towels. Very quiet. Would stay here again!
Disliked: The room key card didn’t always work. Clearly just over use. Staff was very prompt and helpful in getting new room door key card.

Disliked: Phone in living area didn’t work. Door to bedroom wouldn’t open. Went down to tell desk. He told me they could give me a new room but my luggage was in the bedroom. I was able to get the door open after a while.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: The key cards did not always work, and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones quite often. Also, breakfast was scarce and not kept full or hot. On several mornings, we had to wait for the staff to restock simple breakfast items.
