I quite liked it once...

Liked: It was all very nice for the most part.
Disliked: I had no hot water in my sink and had to use the ice bucket to get water hot water.The breakfast could be better, perhaps some scrambled eggs.They had no room for me when I arrived, after a half hour they decided to put me in a room that someone booked through a third party but their card was declined.

Comfortable hotel room in a...

Liked: Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, close to stores and a gas station. Big room with comfortable beds.
Disliked: The heating system and fridge were a little noisy at night, but we could have turned both off, so that’s not a big problem.

Extremely disappointed, couldn’t believe that...

Liked: Very disappointed I’ve stayed at this hotel before but this time they were totally unorganized key card to get into my room didn’t work properly locked out had a walk around the whole building to get back to the front office. They did not clean my room I was gone for a whole day came back no room service whatsoever, the staff keeps apologizing apologizing, but it’s poor management and for the amount of money I paid definitely was not worth it would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future
Disliked: Unorganized and incompetent also, they did not complete my booking to put the correct amount charged on my credit card. They held $250 when it should’ve been cleared when I I checked out of the hotel.
