Exceptional
Liked: The check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very polite and explained the amenities .
Disliked: The carpet needs repaired in the room we were in.

Not worth the money
Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: asked for a room facing the parking so I can keep an eye on my motorcycle and they gave me a room facing the pool under the stairs by the ice machine. Why are kids up this late? Toilet runs for 15 minutes and paper Jammed in shower drain.for the executive room ,yuk. Breakfast was make your own waffles that everyone is waiting for the cooker. Plain crappy bagels , cereal no meats.orange juice is out. Cinnamon roll out of the vending machine much better.

Worst place I have ever...
Liked: Nothing the property was horrible and the pool was green looked like it it had not been cleaning in months and my bed had bed bugs asked for a refund and then did give me one

What a way to treat...

Disliked: LA QUINTA - a benchmark for motels in the United States for a long time, or should we say a long time ago, but what we experienced here in Phoenix remains with us in the long time we have traveled around the world didn't happen.The room reservation was made the day before, confirmation was given and on the day of arrival we were there about 3 hours early due to the favorable traffic. The room wasn't ready yet. We understood that and spent the three hours shopping.When we got back to the Motel La Quinta Inn by Windham / Phoenix North, checked in, got the room key and wanted to move into the room, we discovered that the light in the bathroom didn't work (how was it cleaned?) and that the refrigerator was facing forward when opened tipped over onto the door because it wasn't attached to the wall!Complaints were made immediately and we demanded immediate repairs or a different room. To our absolute astonishment, the concierge put a piece of paper with the cancellation on the counter, said that there were no more rooms available and that the repairs could only be done tomorrow morning from 9:00 a.m., so she had now canceled our booking. We were stunned!Went to Phoenix/AZ on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have a room reservation for anything. A bottomless impudence and has nothing to do with customer service and friendliness.
