Room wasn't cleaned properly

Liked: Comfortable bed,office table area so I could hopefully use my laptop.
Disliked: No paper in the room for the wifi password,the bath tub was rusted and looked gross. Damaged amenities, there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest as well which is very unprofessional. I believe I should get my room for free what I witnessed in that room made me very disappointed and unsatisfied as a guest I used to be a housekeeper for 2 years and what I seen was unacceptable!!

Disliked: Bathroom needs refreshed. Cleanliness of common areas (corridors & lift) poor. Breakfast selection poor.

Liked: The front desk clerk’s & Sunday cook was amazing.
Disliked: I had just had stayed there about three weeks ago everything was great except no hot water and the tub could be used to soak. This past weekend I stayed 01/31-02/02 it was all bad. The room was filled with animal hair and the room smelled like animals. Dogs barking all during the night. Also after I came from the washier a small dog running around in the hallway alone. The pillows were dirty. I asked for clean no clean pillows was brought to me not even the next day. The bed broke me out onto small bits. The clean towels I didn’t noticed until I had wet it had blood stain on it. The walls, ceiling and doors very nasty, filthy, and dirty. The bathroom tub was pulling and had a stain that would not come out. The drain was filled with rust. On Saturday we were making oatmeal and the cook said it’s not breakfast time we were just getting oatmeal. She was rude and disrespectful so finally after 6:30 I asked her for something she ignored me very rude. She had on no gloves nor was her hair pulled up fixing food.
