Excellent hotel.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we have special needs and the disabled room features were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. Nice well kept breakfast buffet. Also the overall appearance of the hotel was impressive.

A new, clean, modern property...

Liked: The property overall is new and modern; everything was clean and bright and in perfect condition. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of storage and sitting areas, and a large bathroom with a good shower. We were near the elevators and overlooking the parking, but nevertheless it was very quiet. Note that there is no carpet in the rooms, just laminate floors. This helps keep things clean but you may want to bring slippers.The staff were all very polite and efficient. There is online checkin so we did not have to wait at all upon arrival. Breakfast in the morning was excellent -- waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, coffee, juice, fresh fruit etc.
Disliked: The refrigerator was very noisy. Whenever the compressor ran -- which it did, on and off all night -- it made a loud hum that woke me up. The refrigerator is enclosed in a cabinet under the TV, and I suspect the vibration inside that cabinet made the noise worse. Also, due to the cabinet, we could not reach the power cord to unplug it. I eventually turned its temperature knob to the warmest setting and this made the compressor turn off.The room also had a microwave, which is nice. However, the microwave had a VERY bright blue LED display, right at eye level when you're laying in bed. It was also in a cabinet space, cord inaccessible, so I could not turn it off. I eventually hung a shirt over it to hide the display.The last odd thing was in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder. The roll of TP was just sitting on a shelf under the sink, I guess handled by the dirty hands of everyone who stayed in that room. Likewise, there were no towel rods. The towels were also under the sink. Normally to save water we would have each family member hang his or her tower separately and use it for the whole stay, but we couldn't do that since there were no rods. Instead everything just went on the floor.

Liked: Our room we booked w kitchen had a leak Was not told till we checked in at 4 pm we bought food to cook They put is in a room with no kitchen. We had to buy ice chest to store food

Disliked: Breakfast only until 9. No shampoo/condotioner. Only a bar of soap.
