Liked: Room phone didn’t work, bed linen was stained, elevator smelled, walkways smelled like mold/cigarettes/weed and iron board was dirty from previous occupancy. I will say that the lady who worked last night was kind hearted and great.

Not the experience I expected.

Liked: At check in receptionist was adamant I booked 1 room. I showed my confirmation & she called someone. I got charged twice instead of all at once because she couldn't find the rest of the reservation. I paid the 2nd room signed the papers. 2 room keys. Next day I was walked in on by another guest that was given the same room. I had literally just finished changing. Then I was rudely called by front desk to tell me I needed to vacate my room that I paid for when I arrived the night before. All internal issues & booking site issues.The place itself looks like its starting to need more tlc. Bad patch jobs on the walls not repainted. Just an ok place to stay. My tv remote didn't work, my parents room's tv didn't work. My sister moved rooms 3 times at check in. 1st room had things still in there like someone was still staying there. 2nd room had 1 bed made & one used. 3rd room had a dirty diaper in the bathroom trash & dirty towels in the bathtub & they decided to stay. We arrived late into the night & just wanted to get to bed & it was a rough stay all around. It gave me more of a motel vibe. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Cold hard potatoes, the oj & apple juice machine severely waters them down ( 2 days trial)

BATHROOM GOT FLOODED, HORRIBLE/INCOMPETENT STAFF....

Liked: We got woken up by a waterfall in our bathroom coming from the vent at 5am. I was in room 121 and apparently the toilet line had busted from upstairs in room 221. All the toilet water coming inside our restroom. We had about an inch of water already. All our toiletries were wet, my hair straightener was ruined doesn't turn on anymore, we had clothes, shoes, everything got soaked with toilet water. Water was already coming into the room, a good portion of the carpet was wet with toilet water. The incompetent receptionist at front desk, I kept telling her to do something about it and get us out of the room. I asked for towels at least to try to dry it myself and she said, "how many" she gave me 2 towels and 2 washcloths. I couldn't believe how she was not even worried about mediating the situation. She said their was no one to help me because they were busy with breakfast. Our restroom was completely flooded. No manager in site, just the breakfast lady and the new incompetent receptionist. They offered me a dirty room around 7am. Mind you this incident had happened around 5am. 2 hours waiting for them to help me and nothing had been done. It was a king size bed for my family and I, I kept telling them to at least go clean it and I had to wait for them to finish with breakfast in the meantime wait in our room. They offered 1 bed and I told them we weren't going to all of us fit and they offered me to wait until check out time for rooms available. From 5am to God knows when. I couldn't believe how my family and I were treated. I kept telling them I wanted a refund and they refused to give me one because I refused a dirty room with 1 king size bed for 5 of us. I had to spend money in buying new toiletries, we had to take all of wet belongings with toilet water and spend money in booking another hotel. No manager ever showed up, we left about 3 hrs after water incident. I haven't received a refund.
