My husband is not happy...
Liked: It’s convenient to the ship channel/work
Disliked: I do not want to stay at that hotel anymore. They could not print out a receipt for me this morning…everyone is new because people that used to work there were a whole family that got caught stealing (the girl that helped me check out gave me the whole scoop when she couldn’t give me a receipt). My TV didn’t work and nobody tried to fix it. They had the same breakfast every day and it is barely edible. I was going to get their coffee this morning so I could pack up our coffee maker without it being hot. Their coffee was old and cold at 6:20 am! They must have made it around 4:00 this morning.

Liked: This place has bed bugs... when I confronted the staff she told me she knew they had bed bugs and was trying to get control of the situation that they had just become the new owners... I still have not got my money back from this stay.
Disliked: bed bugs and dirty facility the lobby is very nice but nothing else

Disliked: Rooms are smelly like rats place. Wifi is just a name sake, it is not even 2Mbps speed. Location is also industrial area...mostly Crude Oil processing plants around the hotel

Disliked: This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. In the morning, it’s impossible to be outside because of the unbearable noise from the road. The rooms have a strong musty smell, making it really uncomfortable to stay in. The staff is completely incompetent — the receptionist took 20 minutes just to figure out how to take a $50 deposit from my card. The hotel’s location is in an industrial zone, with nothing interesting around. The breakfast was terrible, almost inedible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
