The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. The clerk at the front desk was one of the best! The clerk during breakfast was on top of everything. She kept everything full and fresh. The room was comfortable and very clean. Talked to the cleaning staff and all three were super friendly asking if we needed anything. We will stay here the next visit to Panama City!
Liked: The checkin and checkout process was great. She was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: There was not anything negative about this hotel.

Liked: Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The key stopped working multiple times. And we kept having to go get it fixed at the desk.

Disappointing
Disliked: A/C wasn't working properly and make a lot of noises, we couldn't sleep. Cleanliness was not so good especially the bathroom (mold, dust, stains in the walls, etc.).

Disliked: First room was handicapped and smelt like urine. The second room air squealed and did not work properly. It was very hot. Was told at front desk someone would come fix it but no one ever did. Also had a hard time getting in room with key. Not to mention the smell using the bathroom sink. Smells like well water. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard in the center of it. I had to sleep on one side.
