The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. The clerk at the front desk was one of the best! The clerk during breakfast was on top of everything. She kept everything full and fresh. The room was comfortable and very clean. Talked to the cleaning staff and all three were super friendly asking if we needed anything. We will stay here the next visit to Panama City!

Overall I love the facility!

Liked: Loved all of the staff with the exception of assistant manager, Ashley. Breakfast was great and outdoor area was very nice!
Disliked: The only negative was Ashley, the assistant manager. She knocked on my door and indicated that she was investigating me for child abuse. A housekeeper had heard screaming coming from one of the rooms and reported it to her. Turns out ours was the wrong room and the room it came from was a lady with a grown girl with adhd who was screaming because they were taking too long to get ready to go to breakfast!! Ashley would be better suited to be a cop rather than a hospitality manager!

Liked: It’s convenient to where I was going. First time there was great. The facility outside the room is clean, staff is friendly.
Disliked: My assigned room smelled really bad. I had to ask for another room which they gave me and it smelled a bit less. One of the pillow smelled used. I didn’t have time to go and complain because I left early in the morning and came back late. If there’s a next time I’ll ask for clean sheets as soon as I arrive there. Aside from that I recommend it.
