Lovely

Liked: I loved the pool area and play area for my kids, the room was huge with a large bathtub that my kids had a blast playing in. Refrigerator and microwave perfect for making meals. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff was busy but never too much to go above and beyond to help. I called down to ask if they happened to have a crib for my 16 month old they said unfortunately no but then a few moments later they called back saying they found one. I couldn't believe how sweet that even after they said the thought they didn't they probably went and searched all their rooms to see if they did. So considerate and it really helped me with my son as he is a handful. The grounds are well kept and we are So grateful to the staff for everything they really made the stay perfect. Great work

Great hotel but too much...

Liked: Waited a long time for our rooms to be ready, the lady on reception upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. The rooms were great, bed linen lovely. Breakfast was ok, too much plastic being used, no separate bins for paper plates

Disliked: Front desk staff / very rude and curt. We had key access issues, black son was escorted by security due to key issue.

Liked: I loved the location , staff was great from the start to end . Most importantly it was clean and felt safe . I would stay again . Breakfast was good with many choices . Keep up the good work!
