Great place to stay

Liked: Large king room well furnished, including sofa with work table. Desk coffee machine fridge microwave. Comfortable bed with lot’s of pillows. Washroom soap shampoo lots of towels of good quality. Great water pressure. A really nice spot for the price of a motel. If price is right a great spot for a longer stay.
Disliked: Nothing wrong about it.

Liked: Staff was always kind and respectful. Facilities were clean.I traveled with a pet, and the lady at the front desk conveniently gave a room next to the elevator, which I totally liked.It made every potty trip very easy.I appreciated that.

Uncomfortable stay.

Liked: The woman who checked me out was polite. There was another woman who brought me a jacket and beach towel that I had forgotten. David, the maintenance guy, was kind.
Disliked: Check-in, the guy seemed to have a higher priority job. As if working there was not his priority. Not friendly, yet not rude, just uncomfortable to work with. I'd say, "Hello Ma'am." To room keepers, they would ignore me, glare, and laugh in my face. 1st room had bad odor, AC was making LOUD sounds and TV didn't work. They made the TV work, yet it didn't work properly. People above my room were dragging furniture around scaring my dog. Staff would put things in my way as I'd walk my dog outside to go potty and staring inappropriately with a very cold, unfriendly demeanor, as if they were stalking me. I had breakfast once. The food was awful, and the juice machine was not filled with good tasting juice. I poured out my oj. The red lights were lit on the other two, showing they were out of stock. Five days that I was there, and people were slamming doors at all hours of the day and night. Including purposely slamming the door into the wall that would wake me up and scare my dog. I complained about room 329, slamming his door into my room 331. I talked with the guy in 329. He was calm as if he was an actor because it was obvious that he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about, but he could care less!!! He started gaslighting me. Then, he continued to slam his door into my wall throughout the day, evening, and the following morning before he left. The male staff was sure to slam the same door into my wall after the guest checked out as he came to clean the room.Mistakes are one thing. These slams were done on purpose because I complained about the noise. Video cameras that are there can prove that I'm telling the truth.Further, MOST, not all, but MOST guests were VERY RUDE!!! Coughing, staring, and making me feel uncomfortable the entire time that I stayed.A (few) times, guests and a couple of staff were polite. But as a whole, it was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE stay. I'd definitely NEVER recommend this hotel.
