Awful! Will never stay again...

Liked: The pool and hot tub. It was clean and the location was convenient.
Disliked: The staff was very unprofessional and charged me twice for my room and somehow my reservation I paid for already continued to somehow get cancelled so I had the rude manager waking my children and I up saying we had to check out when in fact we did not do instead of apologizing or making things right she was absolutely unprofessional and rude and went on to charge my card twice.

Superb

Disliked: Long winding drive from the interstate, train track under our window

Should have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: The lobby was nice. Easy location from the highway. Lots of food choices.
Disliked: The room clearly has not been cleaned well. Potato chips around the beds. Leaking toilet and the privacy curtains are moldy and disgusting. The faucets in the bathroom are both in need of repair. There should also be an ice machine on every floor.
