The front desk was

Liked: Reserved two suites, one was fine, the other had two bunk beds and one queen bed. I have a painful back injury and have difficulty walking. The front desk noticed this but my room was at the end of the hall. When I asked, the response was that’s the room you reserved. Just happy it didn’t have bunk beds.

Disliked: The bed was lumpy

Liked: Our second time at this La Quinta hotel. We appreciate the location, the clean rooms, and the comfortable beds. We were looking forward to enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub just like we did at our previous stay, but the hot tub was out of order...
