Horrible.

Disliked: I didn’t receive the room I was supposed to because “someone was already assigned” to my room. So I didn’t say anything when I realized that I didn’t get the room I had purchased but yet asked for an extra blanket for my son since he was now going to have to sleep on the floor. The employee at the desk refused to give me covers for my son because my room didn’t have a couch bed, we explained that we were supposed to have one but didn’t get the room we asked for which is why we need covers for my son to make a palette on the floor and the rude employee still refused to give us a freaking blanket for my son. How RIDICULOUS. Will NOT be staying at La Quinta again since this is how they treat customers. I spent almost 300.00 at La Quinta this weekend to be refused a blanket for my child. I’ll be posting this review everywhere I can find so that other people expect the same when they stay at La Quinta.
