Very nice stay

Liked: Clean and quiet and Ms Rose at the desk was Amazing with everything and so friendly she was such a dear.
Disliked: The evening people should stay up on the coffee. You keep them on the countertop but empty.

Liked: Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Location was great for visiting Ole Miss.

Disliked: The two men in each side of me that sounded like they were in respiratory failure they snored so so very loud. Not the hotels fault just wish walls were thicker or they owned a Cpap

Personnel needs training !

Liked: Room was fine. Check out was straight forward
Disliked: The personnel needs training. They make their best but they have bad habits, do not dress properly, and the sensation of vulgarity and lack of excellence is permanent.I asked how to arrive from the airport to the hotel, they gave me a phone number to call the shuttle but, when I was in the airport and I tried to call, the phone number was not working.
