Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. The room was wonderful! Lighting needed to be better. Then maybe darkening curtains for night. Was too bright at night. Could hear the ceiling squeak most of the night from quiet neighbor upstairs moving about late/early. Great location and thankful for the 4 way stop now!! Felt a little uncomfy walking from the back of the hotel to the side for entry at night. Very well lit, thank goodness, but still, felt a bit uneasy. So crowded, much activity, traffic. Not a lot of parking but was sufficient.
Disliked: Lighting in the room could be improved. Darkening curtains for better rest. We got too warm, maybe check thee air conditioning. I would have liked to see more staff attending the front desk and breakfast area specifically.

Liked: Food wasn’t that good. Same poor tasting sasage every morning
Disliked: VERY POOR Security. Desk Clerk gave my access key code to another visitor who enter my room just a litter after midnight. General Manger was never available to discuss the issue. For the remaining days of my stay. Never called me, even after I ask repeated for the manger to give me a call. Never got an explanation as to what happen and how someone else got access to my room. They just never seem to care about how raddled it made me. I filled a police report, hoping to get some answer's as to what caused the mix up. Nothing! Lucky the person left the room once a yelled they were in the wrong room, if they would have condition into the room the outcome could have ended badly. I felt trapped in the room and an unknown person blocking my escape. If they had continue in, I would have had no choice but to protect myself. I will never stay at this hotel chain again, they don’t care about your satiety.
