Great location for those attending activities at First Baptist Orlando. Quick, easy commute without getting back on Interstate. Safe. Wendy's within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby.

Liked: Customer service was very friendly - helped me find a local tire repair shop.

Short Orlando Stay

Liked: I picked the hotel because it offered a free shuttle to Universal. The shuttle arrived around the stated time for drop off and pick up at universal. The hotel fitness center had the exercise equipment I wanted. I used the multipurpose weight machine, medicine ball, and dumbbell. The hotel is near some restaurants. If you will be visiting several of the universal parks, I would recommend.
Disliked: The breakfast start time is late if you want to eat before taking the shuttle. I didn't find the bed comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast since I didn't get the chance to eat at the hotel.

Great location for universal, place...

Liked: Stayed in a king ropm with 1 huge bed.Location perfect fot a visit to Universal.Shuttle as advertised. Free parking is excellent. Room a good size. Breakfast very good. Lots of towels. Room and bathroom spotless. Good shower, plenty of hot water with decent pressure.Large bathroom.
Disliked: Rooms very old fashioned, even though freshly painted. Get rid of the purple wall !!Strong smell of cleaning fluid in the room, but you get used to it.Need better room light.The whole area looks jaded, even though it's just full of hotels for those visiting universal.Shuttle is only at 8:00am and back at 5:30pm. Need more times during the day.

Disliked: I found someone else’s dirty clothes in my room. I stored my bags there while I walked around, when I came back they said my bags weren’t there and called me a liar. I used my AirTag to find my bags in the building.
