Great location for those attending activities at First Baptist Orlando. Quick, easy commute without getting back on Interstate. Safe. Wendy's within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby.

Horrible, outdated, smelly MOTEL!

Liked: The location is the only positive thing I can say about this property.
Disliked: This property is NOT what you see online. The place stunk like old building and really strong fabulouso cleaner. There was no air on in the actual hotel so walking the halls would make you sweat. The hotel was busted up and everything was dated. The shower had mildew on the walls and the tiles were from 1985. Our toilet didn’t fully flush even after calling them and having maintenance “fix it”. The sheet was too small for the bed and popped off with any movement. The bed was noisy, any movement was enough to make the room next door wake up. The breakfast was disgusting. We didn’t eat it after the first day. There were loaves of Walmart bread out and unchilled shredded cheese in a regular old plastic container. The 1 elevator was backed up due to the cleaning staff every time we tried to use it during the day. This was my husband and I’s vacation away from the kids and unfortunately this hotel ruined it! We have stayed at Laquita before but will NEVER AGAIN! This hotel was a 2 star at best. Looked like a Howard Johnson or a super 8. Booking.com should do better about having correct information up about these hotels. This is not what your site said it was!!

Disliked: I didn't like my room, my floors were full of sand. The bed was horrible! You could feel every single spring in the mattress. The staff was not friendly at all. I will never go there again. I've stayed at this hotel in Biloxi and had a wonderful experience so I figured Orlando would be equally as nice or better but unfortunately it was like staying at a motel 6 or worse.
