Staying here was a pleasure; aside from the bed being uncomfortable, everything was excellent! The bathroom size was awesome and the amount of mirrors in the room allowed us to get ready at the same time. I was very happy with my stay here!

Liked: The staff was very efficient and helpful. I love the pre check-in. I drove 19 hours, and my daughter and I were very tired. Because of the pre check-in process, I was at the check-in counter for all of 2 minutes. Also, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful. My favorite thing about my stay was the call I received from the front desk asking if I was okay with my room. That made me feel like they cared about me. I will be in Orlando very frequently, and this is the only hotel that I'll stay at.
