Good room; bed very comfortable; very clean. I would stay at the hotel again.

Staying here was a pleasure; aside from the bed being uncomfortable, everything was excellent! The bathroom size was awesome and the amount of mirrors in the room allowed us to get ready at the same time. I was very happy with my stay here!

Liked: Pool was clean & heated comfortably. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Mini fridge was cold. Beds were comfy. Staff was kind. No incidental holds, no parking costs and no hidden fees. Location was perfect - out of the chaos, but close enough for delivery and easy travel.
Disliked: Market was overpriced. Charged me $4+ for one soda. The pool lounge chairs were damaged and worn and not safely usable. Pool area received minimal sunlight (could be a good thing for some) - very shaded area. No pool towels at the pool, have to request them at the lobby desk. The entire 3rd floor had a strong moldy smell. The elevator was broken on one end of the hotel so only one was operational and it was worn and very slow. Tub didn’t drain properly and kept filling up during showers.

Disliked: Air conditioning was so loud - difficult to sleep. Breakfast was basic and really disappointing to see polystyrene plates/bowls, plastic cups/cutlery. No attempt to recycle. Was asked to check-in online before arrival but it made no difference as they still did all the same things again.
