Good room; bed very comfortable; very clean. I would stay at the hotel again.

Staying here was a pleasure; aside from the bed being uncomfortable, everything was excellent! The bathroom size was awesome and the amount of mirrors in the room allowed us to get ready at the same time. I was very happy with my stay here!

Unsafe, poor communication

Liked: We had a horrible experience. We were given an adjoining room. The occupants were engaging in questionable behavior. We tried contacting the front desk for over an hour, no response. I did not feel safe leaving my teenage daughter alone to go down . Staff answered the direct line, refused to call the room , and would not come up to address the situation. Said they were too busy. Staff was rude and disrespectful on the phone
