Unacceptable

Liked: Breakfast was served and workers kept the dining area cleaned
Disliked: Staff talks about you while your standing in front of them. Staff arguing with customers. Bathroom made loud noise from the ceiling. Staff cleaned room while we was out and took comforters that wasn't there's. Sink stopped up. 3 floors and of the course elevator doesn't work during our whole stay. Pool dirty during stay.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush well, sink was clogged. Appears to be mold where ceiling and wall meet, water stains running down wall. Poor lighting. Smelled of cigarettes.

Bad

Liked: The service was bad, the room and bathroom were dirty. I rented for several nights and only slept one. They don't clean it well and the room had a very dirty carpet.
