OK stay. Please deal with the cockroach issue.

Liked: Service was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately went into bathroom and there were cockroaches. Also the shower handle wouldn't stay in place and kept moving on it's own.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Hard to find check in due to construction, i felt every mattress spring in my back. Only tap water. Had to ask to break 5.00 bills for the vending machine. Room needed re modeling. I stayed in la quinta when i drive across country and enjoyed. How ever this particular one needs help

Liked: Our room was clean, quiet,comfortable,breakfast was ok.

Passable

Liked: Staff is nice, but is it enough for staying in a very old under construction building? One day would be Ok, but not more than that
Disliked: Construction, noise, poor unhealthy food. Would not recommend staying, not now.

Good overnight stay. Everything I...

Liked: The room was clean. The food (breakfast) was good. Location to Universal was perfect.
Disliked: The refrigerator was very loud. The bath tub was not perfectly clean. Ok, but not perfect.

Disliked: The rooms are stinky, after 4 days my clothes smells like garbage and mold. ROACHES in the room in 2024?! Are you serious?
