Overall a good experience.

Liked: Location is close to Icon Park. Indian restaurants are within walking distance of 20 mins or 6-8 mins by driving. Breakfast menu is good.

Disliked: To be honest, hotel is good, specially location.I used to stay in the next block, but I tried this one this time and it was mixed feelings.Floor is dirty as tarmac. Really! Had to throw sock in the trash after stepping on that carpet.It needs urgent rebuilding or, at least, a very good cleaning.It is obvious that staff cleans only sink, tube (lots of hair from previous people that stayed there) and beds done.Staff was like... I don't know. Only had one interaction when I arrived and there was only one person to hold the whole reception.Breakfast is poor. Honestly. Nothing but bread and muffins. Coffee always missing and no different beverages like yogurts or anything else.I liked the place, but until carpet is that dirty, there is no way to stay there.
