Very friendly staff and I had a great time. Best hotel I have stayed in.

Liked: Sunrise and looking out from the window seeing the airport and stores that were close by.
Disliked: None.

Comfortable and affordable, nice place...

Liked: Very accessible, good pool and spa. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Also, they were accommodating for the sleeping configurations we asked for regarding our group! Breakfast was really nice as well and everyone enjoyed their stay.
Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest place and checking in after hours took a bit of time due to limited staffing but all in all was a good spot.

Liked: Location and price were great.
Disliked: When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a reservation and they were totally booked although I had already completed my pre check in. The lady had checked me in under another reservation and was confused said we had the same name. Once the manager arrived he showed her what she did and that the names weren’t the same. She acted like it was no big deal when we were trying to get our dogs situated and go to a show. Thankfully the manager handled things and got us a room right away but the lady was so unprofessional and had no care that ahead of could be ruining our trip.

Unfortunate

Liked: I liked that they had 3 doors in king suite
Disliked: No fitted sheets for pull out couch. Pull out couch gross and stained. Tv broken, room not cleaned well.

Terrible

Liked: Breakfast was fairly decent
Disliked: The staff being attentive to cleanliness, asked for my fridge to be cleaned due to black spots prior, came back with the door cracked open, fridge still wasn't clean, and me requesting for room service is mind blowing to me. I stay at the lakeland property before and it was never like this at all, my real rating would have been in the negatives but overall worse experience ever, never again.

Need a new Mattress

Disliked: The mattress was so worn on the left side I rolled off the bed...of course the air conditioner was extremely loud...
