Liked: The room was clean. The pool area was very nicely kept.
Disliked: The bathtub had gray stains and the plug area in the tub was pretty rusted. The first room we were given was occupied (unbeknownst to us) and we walked right in and saw their things on the bed. That definitely shouldn't be happening.

Disliked: Card lock from outside door didn't work. Room card lock took many attachments to work. No backroom fan.

Liked: No breakfast, it didn’t open till 7, that’s too late when the hotel accommodates travellers. Everyone was leaving early
Disliked: Pillows were awful, mattress uncomfortable,Very untidy outside of main doors, dark snd dingy

Liked: Just needed a place for overnight and this was an easy location. Close to the freeway.

Good location. Needs some work.

Liked: Staff was helpful, but we had to change rooms due to a missing tv remote. Then new room's key didn't work so that necessitated 2 trips to front desk. Then new room was missing it's hairdryer. Location was good.
