Liked: Location was good, room clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and respectful
Disliked: Cars keys reset every time we used them. We were only able to get into a side door 2/5 times and we had to go get new keys about 5 times. The paint needed touching up and the tiles in the shower had been shoddily patched. Breakfast was missing a lot of the food (mild for the cereal, butter, etc) and the eggs were dry and crumbly

Disliked: I had booked a room with 1 king sized bed. When we arrived, my room wasn't available. The person at the front desk had to cancel my booking and give me a different room at a higher price.
