Good for a one night...

Liked: You had a ton of dogs on the premises and I’m highly allergic to dogs! I am still sick today!

Overall an adequate stay
Liked: Room was clean, breakfast was good, with hot breakfast
Disliked: vinyl flooring in our room bathroom was defective and floor sagged a little when walking on it. Rather dark as the only room window faced a wall.

Exceptional
Liked: Like your location to the freeways in there your beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice looking.
Disliked: The rate increase from Thursday night to Friday night I did not like the tapping on my door by housekeeping in the. Morning you know that tap tap tap.. They are great housekeepers and friendly , it's just they can't hear what your trying to tell them through the door

Worth it, clean.
Liked: Pool and hot tub are very nice and towels available. Breakfast in the morning was good. Many options. Room was spacious and dove soap shampoo conditioner and body wash, full-size.
Disliked: You can see the age and wear in the room. Some ripped carpet and chipping paint. There was some graffiti on the desk they obviously havnt seen that said “I love C**k” Which was funny but instantly gave a ghetto ambience. Walls are thin.

Never again. Too many options...
Liked: Generally Rude staff (Patricia at the reception +++)No manager or senior staff to talk too.Late check out is at 11.30am and they charge 100$ on the dot past the time.Noisy room.Uncomfortable bed.Breakfast finishes at 9am and you need to take a stomach tablet beforehand to avoid tummy ache.Super noisy AC (old).

Rude staff rate is minimum...
Liked: Ms Patricia at the reception was the worse customer care staff you would ever want on your company. General rude staff but this Patricia has an attitude. She is missing something in her life for sure. Within 5minutes i saw 3 people complaining to her. I was the fourth and just declined dealing with her.On the first day, I had to extend my stay for one more night so i told them at the reception in the early morning. However, as i was in a tush to get to work i told then i would do it online, as a second check in. Despite i have told them i would eventually do it by 10am, they charged me $100 as a “late check out”. To make it clear, i never checked out. I stayed another night.The breakfast finishes at 9am so you better wake up early if you want some. It also gave me a tummy ache for 2 days, so on the second day i couldn’t even have it even if i wanted to.“Late check out” is 11.30am, just so you know too. Rooms are noisy, mattress is made of barley, the thing you feed the horses. AC is old and super noisy.Clearly i am upset with the service but everything i am writing is accurate.I asked to speak with a manager or a senior staff and this has been declined by the rude lady Patricia. They say they have no manager or superior. So you only have the option to speak with the “rude” staff at the reception. Exception for a couple of people i came across at the reception that were very nice.
