Good value for money, but...

Liked: Good price. Great indoor pool. Breakfast, though not great, was included in the price. Clean room.
Disliked: The room was dark. The elevator did not always work. The front desk didn't answer phone calls.

Disliked: Room was average. For the price I paid I expected a little more bigger and more newer room. The toilet did not have exhaust. Soap was super tiny. Toilet paper was low quality. Room felt old. Window glass was cracked with duck tape. Photo frame was broken. TV still on just channels. The entire hotel has very strong fragrance odor.

Liked: I liked it that the beds were not so tall that my feet didn't touch the floor when I sat on the edge of the bed. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I received a text around 8am reminding me that check out time was 11am that asked me to speculate what time I would be checking out. At 8:18am I also received an email with the same question. IF I had been trying to sleep this would have been very disturbing. I was awake and I still felt it was in very poor taste to send a text and an email asking when I would be getting out of your hotel.
