Disappointing

Liked: It seems run down and the bathrooms were not pleasant

Wont stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was disappointing.. First there was a cat in the kitchen. The milk was sour and the fruit looked extremely old
Disliked: The bathrooms are dirty behind the doors.. The walls around the tub/shower were rusted and had holes. The rooms were sub par and the staff was really not present when you needed them. Had to find someone from house keeping to find someone at the front desk. Not impressed

Disliked: TV and air conditioner did not work. We were given another room but the air conditioner was not working in that room either

Liked: I need to give a big "THANK YOU" to the "Night Guy" who works the front desk. I needed his help, and he went out of his way to make my trip exceptional! Please let him know that I appreciate him and that I thank him!
Disliked: The beds are firm--which is great for me--so much better than mushy. Super pillows!

Bad

Liked: Nothing really, just a bad experience all together.
Disliked: No remotes to TVs, front desk gave us 4 and none worked, dog next to us barking constantly all night (asked front desk to do something about it and nothing was done), jacuzzi was filthy, key cards rarely worked, broken couch I almost fell off of.
