Disliked: Should have an alternate airport shuttle service I had an early flight 0600, they said Holiday Inn would have one available but they weren't available. Had to call Uber.This is the first time I've stayed at a facility without longer shuttle service Very disappointed

Disliked: Room service was horrible and front desk lady was drunk,she didn’t help when we ask for room service she said will sent I was waited almost two and again I was requested then she said room service guy is left and I have to do my self she said in harsh words used
