Needs to be upgraded

Liked: Pets are free! But either the pet owners or property could pick up pet waste daily. If my dog knew how to use the bathroom toilet. I would have gladly shared our restroom facilities with her. The decor was nice and the beds, pillows and bedding was not your basic bedding. This was the best part of the room.
Disliked: The property is old and so was the bathroom sink, tub, toilet and moldy caulking. The anti-slip tape in the tub made it look dirtier than it was. I purchased cleaning products and rewiped everything down. We also sprayed Lysol everywhere. The carpet felt dirty. I did not let my bare feet touch the floor or carpet.

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast.. joined. Family elsewhere.. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a great night of sleep.
Disliked: Room was short of electrical outlets and charging facilities.

Disliked: There was roaches in the room and when I went to complain about, the front desk she said they haven't cleaned the room in over a week. A side from that I did not get my money back even tho I did not spend the night there.

Liked: This hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life...very poor hygiene, extremely dirty bedding, everything very bad

Need to get better room...

Disliked: What time is really breakfast the receptionists said 7-10am and I check in my room 8:30-8:45 go down to grab something and breakfast is cleared by 9:30am no ma'am I'm just wondering what is going on in America.
