Liked: met our expectations and we loved the early check in and late check out.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little cold.

Great comfortable stay

Liked: We usually stay here when we are passing through. Rooms are pretty clean! The beds were very comfortable. And it's a very peaceful stay. It is also pet friendly. It has a nice little area for the dogs out front. And the hotel is in a convenient location.
Disliked: Checkin has gotten better. Cleaning staff on the first floor is very loud. They did lots of slamming sounds. The first floor bathroom does need renovating. The shower was in rough shape.

Disliked: The room was not clean, and was in need of a good repair job.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The girl who checked us in had no idea what she was doing. She put us on the 4th floor with a dog, so we were having to go up and down the elevator with him to take him to go potty. We did our whole pre check in online, and she had no idea how to check us in. It took about a half hour to do so, and she had us sign a blank piece of paper, which was odd. Then she told us that we needed to wake up early and come down at 6am to finish check-in after she told us we were checked in. It was so odd. We would have mentioned it to front desk, but the the lady from housekeeping was there chatting with the front desk lady and seemed busy.Other than bad staff, the hotel is nice and clean and comfortable.
