Thankful we found something for...
Liked: It was available at the last minute for at least one night as we had mandatory evacuation from Tampa due to hurricane Milton.

Liked: Rebecca at your front desk has exceptional people skills. Your location is wonderful. We evacuated for the hurricane and we're so grateful for safe accomodations.
Disliked: y'all need to mow. Curb appeal is important. I understand you're planning to renovate and update you facilities. Good. AC in bedroom didn't work right. TV in Living room doesn't work right. hot water ran in tub all the time. need to update to a locking door for bathroom. And, damn y'all need to clean. The socks I wore around the room will be thrown away. Carpet and bathroom floors are filthy

Unpleasant.
Disliked: Key cards would not work. Returned to desk for new cards. They would not work. Returned to desk. Clerk said, “Oh, you have to pull the door toward you, put the card in, take it out quickly, then quickly push the handle up - not down.” I told her that someone needed to come check it, as I was tired after a long day of driving and did not want you to have to come back to the desk a third time. Note: She was on the phone EVERY time I went to the desk- to check-in, purchase a bottle of water, change cards, report continued problem. She finally told whoever she was talking to that she would call them back. While she was able to go through the gyrations to get our door open, we were never able to get it open ourselves.When I checked in, I was told my credit card would be charged an extra $100.00 for “incidentals”. If we did not use it, it would be refunded in three or four business days. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt. It showed nothing about the $100.00. I asked for something to show that it had been charged and would be refunded. She (same clerk as the night before ) said she could not give me anything. I asked how I would be able you prove the charge and receive the refund. She just shrugged her shoulders and said I would have to wait three or four business days and it would show up on my credit card. Her name was McKenzie.

Not a happy customer
Liked: We were Evacuated because of a hurricane. I have been to several LaQuinta's. This one had yucky dog poop stains on the carpet. The bathroom doors were best up and had sugar ants in the bathroom...We lost the cable on the evening of our first night. So our second day we had no TV.. A maintenance man said that the repairs wouldn't happen until Saturday. We were checking out on Saturday morning..

We were very disappointed in...
Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: The carpet was filthy. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and ceilings. The room smelled musty moldy. The hot tub did not work. We had to move to three different rooms to get a TV that actually worked.
